I’ve been continuing my Minecraft project where I recreate the entire world.  I’m taking it one step at a time time so at the moment I’m just trying to build my street and hopefully by the end of the year I’ll have my entire town finished, though even that time-scale sounds ambitious.

I’ve added in my neighbours and a few more houses down my road.  I’ve also started on a side road which has a few houses tucked away.  Its all taking quite a bit of time.

However with the latest update giving us beds, I can now skip the evenings which means no more waiting around for daylight!  This should just about half the amount of time it would normally take to get everything finished.

My main concern though (and one I should have thought of earlier) is that my road goes down a very long hill, and it’s already got to the point where I’m digging underground to continue it.

But still, I hope one day this project will be complete.  Oh yeah that reminds me I should really backup my save file, just incase life decides to try and annoy me.
