Imagine sitting in your crowded office, slumped at your desk. You’re feeling thirsty, but the water dispenser is on the other side of the room. You just can’t be bothered to get one yourself. But then a Meerkat approaches you. “Hey man you look thirsty, would you like a drink?”

It sounds random, but imagine if animals really could speak our language. How different would the world be?

Imagine sitting alone at home. You’re depressed because you’ve just lost your job, and you don’t know where your life is going. You need to hear a friendly voice, so you call the Samaritans.
On the other end of the line which animal would you want to hear? For me it has to be a dog, they seem loyal and honest, and I think they’d offer good advice.

I’m beginning to question my sanity as I write all this so I’ll stop here, but I just think it would be incredible if this happened. It’s fair to say that nature missed a trick here. I mean imagine going to school and making friends with a lion. Nobody would pick on you ever again. Unless of course you came across a group of Gorillas in the canteen.

I’m also wondering what would the world be like if insects could talk, but then again going for a peaceful walk in the forest wouldn’t be quite so peaceful anymore.

Anyway I should get back to reality before I get lost 🙂
